Aris Hospitality Management is a management company based out of Arizona. Offering a wide selection of services to assist owners and investors of hotels, executive ranch’s, resorts, and motels.

Our services include but are not limited to the following:

Capital Project Planning; Directs and oversees an organization’s strategic and long-range goal planning function. Drives strategic initiatives, and supports the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals.

Property Operational Management;  Oversee all property needs such as maintenance, asset management, human resources, or marketing. Provides advice to advanced decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. Gives input developing a budget. Capable of resolving issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.

Food and Beverage Management; Directs and oversees all aspects of the organization’s food and beverage planning and service, with duties to include menu planning and costs, preparation and presentation of food and drinks, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Plans, coordinates, and oversees special events. May identify marketing opportunities to promote food and beverage products.

Sales and Marketing; Oversees an organization’s sales and marketing programs. Develops strategic sales and marketing objectives. Establishes sales territories and quotas manage budgets and evaluates sales performance. Manages and develops marketing programs and materials such as advertising, event support and online promotions.

Revenue Management; Compiles and analyzes detailed revenue information for an organization. Monitors economic conditions and conducts revenue forecast analysis, suggests strategies to boost revenue. Reviews organizational billing practices to ensure invoice accuracy and proper revenue recognition. Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management.

Information Technology; Manages all IT activities in the organization. Implements and maintains the policies and goals for the IT department to support the company’s needs. Ensures proper information system operations and plans necessary upgrades. Oversees the internal IT support function. Conducts research and recommends the selection of IT equipment, applications, and supplies.

Asset Management; Plans and directs all aspects of an organization’s asset management policies, objectives, and initiatives. Plans asset strategies that increase revenue and high rate of return on investments. Ensures asset management services consistently meet organization’s vision and investment goals.

Purchasing Director; Develops and directs objectives, policies, and processes regarding all purchasing function. Reviews vendor quality and maintains price controls and inventory flow to identify and implement efficient purchasing programs.
